This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how MyHealthCareer LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with MyHealthCareer, including the websites located at myhealthcareer.com and app.myhealthcareer.com and all related products and services (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide. We collect information that you provide directly to us, which may include: (a) account information, such as your email address and name; (b) profile and career information, such as your professional role, level of experience, interview timeline, career goals, background, the positions you are pursuing (including any job posting links you submit), and details regarding upcoming interviews; (c) resume information, such as your employment history, education, licenses, certifications, and skills; (d) audio recordings of your voice and the corresponding transcripts generated from your practice answers, mock interviews, and voice messages; (e) practice content, such as your answers, stories, coaching conversations, self-assessments, and reported interview outcomes, together with the feedback, scores, and recommendations the Service generates from them; (f) transaction information, such as the credits you purchase and the date of purchase; and (g) the contents of any communications you send to us. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, which may include: (a) usage information, such as the pages you view, the features you use, the links you click, errors encountered, and recordings of your interactions with our websites and application; (b) device and connection information, such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address; and (c) marketing and attribution information, such as the advertisement or campaign through which you reached the Service, including advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters.

1.3 Voice Recordings and Biometric Information. We record your voice solely to transcribe your spoken responses and to provide feedback on them. We do not use your voice recordings to create voiceprints, and we do not collect, derive, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information to identify you.

1.4 Health and Patient Information. We do not request information concerning your health or the health of any patient, and our Terms of Service prohibit you from submitting information that identifies a patient. The Service is not designed to receive, store, or process protected health information. To the extent you nonetheless submit such information, it will be treated as part of your content and handled in accordance with this Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including transcribing your recordings and generating feedback, scores, and coaching; to personalize your practice experience and recommendations; to process transactions and administer your credits; to communicate with you regarding your account, the Service, and changes to our terms and policies; to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose and remedy technical issues, and improve and develop the Service; to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity; and to comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Model Improvement

3.1 Use of AI in the Service. The Service uses artificial intelligence models, including models operated by third-party service providers acting on our behalf, to transcribe your recordings and to generate feedback, scores, and coaching. Such service providers process your information solely to provide those functions to us.

3.2 Improvement of Our Service. We may use transcripts, answers, and feedback generated through the Service to improve our own Service and to provide a better experience for our users, including by training or fine-tuning AI models used exclusively in the Service. Any information used for these purposes will first be de-identified and anonymized, meaning that your name, contact information, employers, and other information that identifies you are removed, and we will not attempt to re-identify it. We will never use your voice recordings to train AI models.

3.3 No Sale or Transfer for Third-Party Training. We do not sell, license, transfer, or otherwise make available your information or content, whether in identifiable, de-identified, or anonymized form, to any third party for the purpose of training or improving that third party's own AI models or products. We use commercially reasonable efforts to select and configure the service providers described in Section 3.1 so that they do not use your information to train their own models; however, such providers operate under their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their practices.

4. How We Disclose Information

4.1 Service Providers. We disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers of hosting and data storage, authentication, AI and speech processing, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer support. Such service providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to perform services for us.

4.2 Employers, Recruiters, and Staffing Agencies (Opt-In Only). The Service may offer features that enable you to share information with employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, or other hiring partners ("Hiring Partners"). WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANY HIRING PARTNER UNLESS YOU AFFIRMATIVELY OPT IN BY CHECKING A BOX THAT EXPRESSLY INDICATES YOUR CONSENT TO SUCH SHARING. Sharing is disabled by default, and your use of the Service is not conditioned on your consent. Before you opt in, we will identify the categories of information to be shared, which may include your name, contact information, resume, and a readiness summary (such as your practice activity and overall scores). Under no circumstances will we share your voice recordings, transcripts, individual answers, or the feedback on individual answers with any Hiring Partner. Where you consent to ongoing sharing, Hiring Partners may receive updated information until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal will cease future sharing but cannot retrieve information a Hiring Partner has already received. Hiring Partners are independent third parties, and their use of information you share is governed by their own privacy policies and practices.

4.3 Advertising Partners. We use advertising partners, such as Google, to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements. These partners may collect information through cookies, advertising click identifiers, and similar technologies on our websites. Under certain state laws, this activity may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. You may opt out of such sharing as described in Section 7.

4.4 Other Disclosures. We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; (c) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case the information will remain subject to the commitments made in this Policy; and (d) with your consent or at your direction. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4.5 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to authenticate you, remember your preferences, analyze use of the Service, and measure advertising. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although certain features of the Service may not function properly without them. You may also limit ad personalization through your Google account settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active. Upon receipt of a verified request to delete your account, we will delete your personal information within thirty (30) days, except that we may retain information to the extent necessary to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Residual copies maintained in backup systems will be deleted in the ordinary course as those backups are overwritten. De-identified and anonymized information may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, by contacting us at team@myhealthcareer.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to appeal our decision regarding your request by replying to our response. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

9. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for individuals sixteen (16) years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under sixteen (16). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

10. Location of Processing

The Company is located in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not disclose your information to any Hiring Partner without your affirmative opt-in consent as described in Section 4.2.
