Name your workflows

Reference the EHR system, specific procedures, patient volumes. The more concrete your details, the easier it is for the hiring manager to picture you in the role. Saying "I roomed 25 patients a day in an Epic environment" lands differently than "I have experience with EHRs" in a medical assistant interview.

Show you researched the practice

Generic applications get filtered out immediately, so take fifteen minutes before the interview to look up the practice's specialty, patient population, and systems.
